  • If the delivered work significantly differs from agreed specifications
  • If the project is cancelled before work begins
  • If there are technical issues that we cannot resolve

Refund Process

  2. Provide a clear explanation of why you're requesting a refund
  3. We will review your request within 2-3 business days
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not available for:

  • Completed work that meets agreed specifications
  • Changes in client requirements after project commencement
  • Third-party services or domain registrations
  • Work that has been approved and deployed
