- If we fail to deliver your website within the agreed timeframe (excluding client delays)
- If the delivered work significantly differs from agreed specifications
- If the project is cancelled before work begins
- If there are technical issues that we cannot resolve
Refund Process
To request a refund:

- Provide a clear explanation of why you're requesting a refund
- We will review your request within 2-3 business days
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds are not available for:
- Completed work that meets agreed specifications
- Changes in client requirements after project commencement
- Third-party services or domain registrations
- Work that has been approved and deployed
