3. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Supply all necessary content, images, and materials
• Respond to feedback requests in a timely manner
• Make payments according to agreed terms
• Provide feedback and approvals for design iterations

4. Our Responsibilities

We agree to:

• Deliver work according to agreed specifications
• Meet project deadlines as outlined
• Provide professional quality services
• Maintain confidentiality of client information
• Offer ongoing support as per agreement

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client will own:

• All content created specifically for the project
• Rights to use, modify, and distribute the website

We retain rights to original template designs and proprietary code libraries.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms include:

• Payment methods: Bank transfer, UPI, online gateways

7. Support and Maintenance
