• Hosting and domain setup assistance

3. Service Delivery

We commit to delivering your customized website within the agreed timeframe:

• Small Business Templates: 5-7 business days
• E-commerce Templates: 3-5 business days
• Custom Development: 2-3 business days

Delivery times may vary based on project complexity and client responsiveness.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• Full payment is required before project commencement
• We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, and online payment gateways
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified
• Additional services may incur extra charges as agreed upon

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete project requirements
• Supply all necessary content, images, and materials in a timely manner
• Respond to feedback requests within 48 hours
• Provide feedback and approval for design iterations
• Make payment as per agreed terms

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own:

• The customized website design and code
• All content and materials created specifically for your project
• Rights to use, modify, and distribute your website

We retain rights to the original template designs and our proprietary code libraries.

7. Support and Maintenance

We provide support as follows:

• Small Business Templates: 1 month of support
• E-commerce Templates: 3 months of support
• Custom Development: 6 months of priority support

Support includes bug fixes, minor updates, and technical assistance. Major changes or new features may incur additional charges.

8. Refund Policy

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

• If we fail to deliver within the agreed timeframe (excluding client delays)
• If the delivered work significantly differs from agreed specifications
• If the project is cancelled before work begins

Refunds are not available for completed work or if the client changes requirements after project commencement.

9. Limitation of Liability

Codestam Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.
